Orders

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by entering your Order ID on the Track Order page. If you don’t know your Order ID, log in to your account — you’ll find it in your profile under the 'Orders' section. If you still have trouble finding your order, please contact us for help.
What if I entered the wrong delivery information?
If you've entered incorrect delivery details, please contact our support team immediately. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the information before it’s shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

What are your shipping options?
We deliver all over Bangladesh. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express delivery may be available in select areas like Dhaka. You'll receive a tracking ID once your order is shipped.
