Record Unboxing

Film yourself opening the package, showing all sides before opening and any visible damage immediately.

Email hello@potgolpo.com within 7 days with order number and unboxing video attached.

Our team will review your video evidence within 48 hours.

Return Authorization

If approved, we'll email a prepaid return label and instructions.

Video Documentation Requirements

What Your Video Must Show:

  • Unopened package with visible shipping label
  • All sides of the package before opening
  • Continuous footage of the unboxing process
  • Clear shots of any damage immediately upon discovery
  • Product serial number (if applicable)

Video Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum 720p resolution
  • No edits or cuts in the footage
  • Must be under 100MB (compress if needed)
  • Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, AVI
  • File name should include your order number

Critical Policy Details

7-Day Absolute Deadline

Any damage claim submitted after 7 days of delivery will be automatically rejected. The timestamp on your video file will be verified against our delivery records.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Claims without proper video evidence will be denied. Repeated invalid claims may result in account suspension. Fraudulent claims will be reported to authorities.

Refund Processing

Approved returns receive refunds within 5 business days after we verify the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact hello@potgolpo.com with questions.
